I truly lucked out by calling Graf's Garage Door Co.! With a banged up and busted garage door that wouldn't go up, I was in the unfortunate situation of having a car locked in the garage for the foreseeable future. Robert was able to come by and look at the damaged door a mere 30 minutes after I spoke with him. He was friendly and courteous and accessed the situation very quickly. Most astonishingly, however, is that he was able to get the seemingly irreparable garage door working again, and in a very short span of time. While it is likely I will still need to have the door replaced, it is no longer the urgent situation it was before Robert's repair and assessment. I highly recommend Graf's Garage Door Co. and will be using them again!

Robert was very professional in the repairs needed for my garage door. I had a previous estimate from a "big" name company and was told I had to get everything replaced. Robert saved me $1,700 to correct my problem. The garage door works better than it did when I first moved in. Top notch quality and workmanship. Ever in need of emergency services, even in the middle of the night, this company is for you. Our garage door broke after a late night of shoveling. We called Graf's and within minutes received a call back and was on his way at 1:00 am. He knew exactly what to do, what to replace and within the hour, yes by 2:00 am, he had us up and running. He cares about his customers and his rate for a middle of the night call can't be beat!! We cannot express enough just how much we appreciated the treatment and service we received. Strongly recommended and highly rated!!

Graf was AMAZING help when my husband locked our garage door and then damaged it trying to fix it himself. He came 30 minutes earlier than we anticipated (30 minutes after we called), was polite, professional and definitely was a garage door expert. He fixed the damaged door panel, replaced the keys and locks, and re-programmed all of our openers and keypad. I can't recommend Graf enough! Will definitely use him again if we have another issue.

Called and Robert was in the area on another job. He came over after finishing that job and got my door working again within an hour. He found numerous problems with the original installation (which was done by someone else). Excellent and professional service which is hard to find these days. Highly recommend.

I came home from a weekend up north and found my garage door would no longer open. I contacted Robert based on his positive Google reviews and he did not disappoint. He came out within a couple hours and found both springs were broken and needed to be replaced. He didnt have the right size spring in his truck so he ran out and got it right away. When he came back it took him less than an hour to install them. He also re-attached a metal bracket that was falling off the bottom of the door and oiled everything up. The door works great now and his price was extremely reasonable. Robert is just a good honest guy who is very thorough and takes pride in what he does. I would highly recommend him!

Woke up this morning and our garage door wouldn't open. We don't have a side door so we couldn't even enter the garage. Called Graf's before 8AM and Robert arrived within 30 minutes of calling. He replaced both springs and did some maintenance on our garage door and everything was completed in an hour. Amazing customer service and a very fair price. i'll admit, when i saw a perfect rating for Graf's Garage Door co. i was cautiously hopeful. and wow, did they ever blow me away! first off, robert was able to come the same day that i called, which was amazingly convenient. then he spotted the problem with my garage door immediately, gave me a quote and started working. it ended up taking him less time, and he ended up charging me *less* than he actually quoted, which was an amazing surprise! not only that, but he saw another few issues with my garage door and the opener, and he fixed them for free! you just don't see this level of service anymore. but with Graf's, they get it! thank you robert! Robert just fixed my garage door. I thought it was unfixable, but he did it. He went above and beyond. Absolutely a great value! Very good attention to detail. I would hire him again in a heartbeat, but he did such a good job I may never need to.

My garage door cable broke last night, with my car inside. I called Robert at 7 am, and he was here by 9! VERY professional and meticulous about his work! He was even able to repair my garage door opener which has not worked in 5 years! His rates are very reasonable, and I recommend him to anyone that wants the job done right. I will be calling him again to repair the door on my other property.

I backed into my garage door today. I called Graf's at 100 PM and spoke to Robert. He said he would be there between 3 and 5 on same day. He showed up at 330 and was a total PROFESSIONAL. Fixed my door promptly and made some other adjustments -- all at a most reasonable price. I would highly recommend him.

The spring broke on the garage door on Friday. I called Graf's on Friday afternoon and got a quote. He came out on Saturday and fixed not only the springs, but found some cables that needed to be replaced. Great job. Nice, friendly service. I will recommend him to others.

We have a 1940's duplex that we are remodeling on a 'do it yourself' budget, But this was one project that was out of our area of abilities to handle. So we did our research (BBB background checks, Angies list, referals from friends / family, recommendations from builders, remodelers, as well as other local area businesses, etc). Picked from our top 5 companies, but only 3 were willing to provide a quote. And only one came out to do a thorough inspection before offering a quote. GRAF's!!! The professionalism, customer service and skills is astounding and refreshing. They came in on Christmas eve day, installed our new garage door (& got rid of the one from the 50's - yuck), straighted out the old structure so we wouldn't have to 'rebuild'. Now we have a functional two car garage again and dual remotes. They even fixed the old security keypad. LOVE IT!!! I work in finance and compliance, my husband is in sales, we both work for Fortune 100 companies and deal with alot of transactions on a daily basis. This is one transaction / investment that is well worth it. It was a great pleasure to do business with Graf's and when we buy our next 'fixer upper' and/or decide to build our own - we are definitely calling Grafs to do the garage. Thank you Graf's. Fast, quality service! Graf's came the day after I called to give a free estimate. Then installed a new garage door opener in a space we'd been told by Home Depot a traditional overhead opener would never work. Couldn't be happier with the work and the $ that Graf's ingenuity saved us from a headache of a side mount opener. Highly recommend!!

I was very pleased by the quality service that Graf's Garage Door Company provided me. The spring on my garage door broke and they replaced it with a quality double spring. Their price for replacing a double spring was cheaper than everyone else I called.
